To ensure a worry-free shopping experience, we have established the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
Returns As wine is a food product, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons (customer convenience). However, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

Damage or leakage occurred during transit.

The items received differ from your original order.

The product is defective or has quality issues.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.

Credit Card / Digital Payments: Refunds will be issued through the original payment service used.

Bank Transfer: We will transfer the amount to your designated account (transfer fees will be covered by us).
Return Shipping Costs In the case of returns due to defective or damaged products, Esperanza Co., Ltd. will cover all shipping costs.
