▼ Tasting Notes
Appearance A brilliant, youthful ruby red with deep violet reflections.
Aroma Bright aromas of strawberries, fresh griotte cherries, and violets. These are layered with luscious nuances of vanilla and milk caramel derived from oak aging.
Palate Remarkably mellow on the tongue. Ripe fruit flavors and "sweet tannins" melt together, maintaining a perfect balance of freshness and complexity that leads into a pleasant, lingering finish.
Origin & Composition The heritage of Argentina’s crown jewel: Uco Valley. Sourced from 100% Malbec grapes grown in the legendary "La Consulta, San Carlos" district—widely regarded as the most traditional and prestigious micro-region within the Uco Valley.
The Harvest: A Labor of Love Pouring passion into every cluster. Skilled artisans carefully hand-pick each cluster. To prevent any bruising, the grapes are transported to the winery in small 500kg containers, ensuring their full vitality is captured within the bottle.
Winemaking & Aging The rhythm of traditional concrete and oak. Fermented in temperature-controlled concrete tanks. We use short-term cold maceration to extract the purest fruit character. The wine then matures for 6 months in oak barrels and undergoes a total aging period of over 3 years to achieve its beautifully rounded, mature profile.
